PS1/2 I want to buy a modchipped PS2!

Hi guys,
I am not sure if its the right place to post... but:
I want to buy a PS2 already chipped.
Where can I buy it?
I dont want to get into trouble by doing it myself.. or waiting for someone else to do it. So I better want to buy one with chipped. New preferred, but I woudnt find out if its new or not, would I?
Shop sites preffered no personal selling/buying.

buy a plug and play chip like memor32 its a memory card for your ps2 with a modchip in it ,so there is no soldering anymore

Do you do soft moding with that thing or what?
Or do you have to swap all the time like the swap magic?
(I dont like it...had one long time ago, where I broke the front part...)

I'm guessing it works by letting you install the independence exploit onto the memory card from your PC. Independence will boot a menu up when you load a retail PS1 game that will let you insert a burned PS2 game or even start hdloader.

memor32 seems expensive and hard to buy in the USA (especially because of exchange rates). Are there any good resellers or similar products?
