It has allocation sizes of 512, 1204, 2048, 4096, 8192, 16384, 32768, and ,65536. which one do i choose

maybe my sd card is too small to format that big. its only 4 gigs

You can wipe it completely and then re-format with guiformat, but you'll lose all your files so BACK IT UP (or just move all the files off)
Start Menu, Command Prompt/cmd, right click and Run as Administrator

• diskpart
• list disk
• select disk # (based on the last thing and what it printed out, you said it's 4GB so find the one near that size)
• clean all (or just "clean", shouldn't throw an error)
• create partition primary
• select partition 1 (they start from 1 for some reason)
• format fs=fat32 quick (quick takes way less time)

You might need to assign a letter if it doesn't show up in your File Explorer window, do

• list volume
• select volume # (same thing, should be ~4GB)
• assign letter=D (or whatever letter is available if you have other devices plugged in)

Then it should show up in File Explorer and guiformat, then select it and run it with Quick and 4096 (if it's 4GB), if it says it's locked, either unplug it and replug it or go into Task Manager (start menu or Ctrl+Alt+Del menu) and kill Windows Explorer (should say "Restart" instead), and then go right to guiformat without reopening any of its windows and run it again

Note that this will restore any drive, if you have a hidden partition cause of emuNAND/redNAND, cleaning and then making a new partition as above will restore it to the original "size"

Tbh I don't know how all these things could help you.
If I got it right you didn't use use any hacks before and you had only games you bought on eshop.
Then you started the kexploid, your Wii freezed and after that you couldn't start some (or all games) on your usb drive anymore. Or am I missing something?

I think some of the weird stuff might be just having the SD in, it did some weird things when I had it in back in the day, bad SD header or smth, try without it in

It will let you copy to SD in Mii Maker for a QR, that also supposedly fixes it, and doesn't matter the site, some will work others won't, depends on internet and some other stuff

you can try and access the mii creator and see if the SDCard is recognised in there
