Homebrew i think bricked my 3ds

i did notice sound hax wont work on 2.1 though
also now noticed o3ds dont like booting without an sd card
ie same issue as described in first post blue light blink and goes off if no sd card is present

Like I already said, it means A9LH is properly installed. Without SD card it has nothing to load, so it immediately quits.

thought the 11.2 update would knock that out so what step do i follow if starting over on the guide i mean bit confused now also sound hax is starting to play up on 11.2 it loaded but then i got "an has error occurs" then it quits

That means you most likely installed A9LH. Do you have the arm9loaderhax.bin in the root of your SD card?

everything remains in tact on the sd cards im bloody scared to wiped it in case the 3ds dont turn back on
sorry for coming across as a noob folks first time i done this so scared of it all going wrong
played with other consoles ie vita and wii u with success but the 3ds is just that more difficult to grasp when hacking.

Do yourself a favor and turn the device on with the SD in holding the select button does luma menu appear? If so you are fine and should just continue the guide where you left off. If not it means the hack was failed and you need to start over. Given what you are describing it sounds fine. Just need to install Luma to ctrnand to boot without SD. The guide will walk you through this.

thanks everything all done just having a little trouble getting the old health safety bit restored but other everything appears in working order installed few extra bits too only thing getting me now is the freeshop its asking for some file

Go to that 3ds title key site on your computer, find the QR code for encTitleKeys.bin, and scan it in the update tab of freeShop using your 3DS.
