Gaming I need sugestions on a Gamecube Controller to USB.

I need help buying an adapter that connects a Gamecube Controller to USB for the PC. I want to be able to play the sonic adventure games I got for the PC. Also I dont want those adapters that connect with other game controllers (PS2,Xbox) I just want one that does only gamecube.

The Trio Liker plus 2 was one of the best one I ever used.
Also supported rumble and came with the software to remap all your buttons like xpadder and the likes.
Very good indeed, mines had ports for GC, PS2 and DC controller.

Those often don't have the correct layout for GameCube games (if you play them in Dolphin, that is). And it is quite a good controller in my opinion.

But this seems to be a PC game (not the NGC played through Dolphin)... although when I played it on PC (I also have it on DC), I didn't have any problems using keyboard/mouse. Fun game to play every now and again, even if I typically beat it in a few hours.

@Arm, it was a suggestion more than a question. I put it in question form because I can't find any NGC to USB adapters, even on dealextreme.

Not to mention there are no "catch pits" on the sticks. You know, the octagon that stops the stick from slightly shifting up or down, or left and right.
I went the USB Gamepad route, and let me tell you, Brawl is SO hard to play. It gets better as I get used to it, though. And I suppose it'll work just peachy with PS2 emulators.

Try the 3 in 1 Magic Joy Box. I use it to play my emulators. It's pretty good but it's not usb in the sense of take it out and put it back in. You will have to restart in order for the driver to be recognized again.

It might be hard to get an adapter that's compatible *only* with Gamecube pads, the ones I've seen were always multi-purpose.

Which one works best with dolphin? Also I forgot to mention do any of the ones you mention work with a wavebird controller, thats really important to me.

I dont plan on using this for just dolphin. I have other PC games that I want to use this for mostly the sonic PC games.

Uhhh, says they're in stock for me. Even if they weren't, just buy one from a Used/New vendor (not Amazon), but through Amazon.
