ROM Hack I need Infinite Space loading help?

Sorry if I am in the wrong area.

When I load up Infinite space on my r4i it comes up with an black error screen.
It says:

disk errcode=-82


Please reset system.



If someone could help me I would be truly grateful.
Before there are any posts of what cart do I have
I have a christmas edition r4i from www.r4isdhc.com along with an 8 gb memory card, nearly filled to the brim. I also have a dsi.
I am also running on their kernel version of 1.14b. I hope I have supplied a sufficient amount of information on what I have.

Backup all files, format your MicroSD card and try again.

As far as I know, there is no AP or anything like that and the rom is clean - so there really shouldn't be any problems.
