Misc I need HELP!

So, I'm new to this site and I've been a bit of a fool.
I created my NNID for my 3DS back in 2014 at my friend's house using his family's emails and what not.
Now, I don't remember my password and can't change it or my email preferences. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP, or am I stuck with an NNID that I can use, just that it's stuck on a broken system?

If you don't care about the NNID or any purchases, just do a system format and it will removed.

You can contact Nintendo and have them unlink the NNID from the system.
