Homebrew I need help with installing emuNAND

I just found this Guide to install emuNAND on my o3ds (9.2): https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-3-(EmuNAND) I succesfully downgraded my system with this guide and now wanted to install emuNAND but at step 19 my 3DS just gets a blackscreen and does nothing until i restart it Does the emuNAND9 folder which is pre-installed on the formatted SD card has to stay empty? I don't know what to do, it just stays black if i press "Boot CFW"...
Can anyone help me?

EDIT: Ok, now it worked and the guide says should format my sysNAND, will any data will be lost if i do this?? And will it work for 9.2?

first backup the nand. Then format. If the tutorial isn't garbge, you should have an emunand that has all of your data on it.
