Homebrew I need help with installing emuNAND

I just found this Guide to install emuNAND on my o3ds (9.2): https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-3-(EmuNAND) I succesfully downgraded my system with this guide and now wanted to install emuNAND but at step 19 my 3DS just gets a blackscreen and does nothing until i restart it :( Does the emuNAND9 folder which is pre-installed on the formatted SD card has to stay empty? I don't know what to do, it just stays black if i press "Boot CFW"...
Can anyone help me?

EDIT: Ok, now it worked and the guide says should format my sysNAND, will any data will be lost if i do this?? And will it work for 9.2?

first backup the nand. Then format. If the tutorial isn't garbge, you should have an emunand that has all of your data on it.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
