I need help finding this danganronpa theme

Through the Project Zetsubo WordPress website I found an image of this theme. Apparently this theme was one of the bonuses that came with the SDR2 limited edition. Also there's a chance it might be avalible on Japanese psn. This is the only image of this theme I could find of it but if you guys know anything more about it that would be great.

This is all I could officially find. What you're probably looking for is ULJS-00521 and the game is on Redumps undumped list. If you can find the game dumped as an iso file it might be possible to extract the theme from it. Unless you buy it and find a way to extract or backup the theme yourself, it won't be easy to find the theme another way.
