ROM Hack I NEED HELP!!! AGAIN!!!!

I was trying to get TWLOADER to work on my o3ds XL but then when I was going to go to luma setting and enable errdisp and then this happen even when I don't open luma setting this still appear and when I select features off the screen just stay black. Please Help.
