Is there an RPG similar to Zenonia for iPhone?
It must not have turn based combat and preferably decisions impacting the story.
Stat points would be good too. Like a MMO sort of

It's more of an action RPG, but have you tried the translation of Soma Bringer?

Twin Age might be worth checking out. I know there is a lot of MMO-style crafting and loot there.

Children of Mana and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, too, but they are not turn based.

Suikoden Tierkreis is turn based (but fast paced, very MMO to me) and has a lot of characters you can level up and add stats to.
