Remember that post I made waaay back about video game violence?

http://www.gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic...mp;entry2275496

That was for an essay I had to write in English. However, I got the chance to use the same topic in a final for my media class!

I made a Flash animation, and after a week of working on it, I'm proud to say HERE IT IS:

Please rate and review it! It's my very first Flash animation, and I'm proud of it!

For a first this is very good. It helps deliver the message clearly and the bg music is very pleasant. How'd you learn how to do this, this type of flash animation would be wonderful for some of my school projects.

lolnotmuchofanimation

cuz of those motion tweens and stuff

but srsly, this could be a real commercial if it had some professional tweaking

I took a class for MX 2004 a while back, but MX 2004 and CS4 (which is what I use now) are very different.

Mostly motion tweens, but I came up with the characters myself, and the "retro film" effect I made is just a transparent brown with one line being tweened.

I mean absolutly no disrespect with my following comments.

Burnedmagix is right, its not really animation, but thats for us nitpickers to decide in our stuffy dorms while we read Richard Williams's "Animators Survival Kit" and eat boxes of pizza.

However, i still enjoyed it greatly. I give you props from 1.) doing a killer job, and 2.) not procrastinating. two thumbs up dawg!

Nice!

thumbs up! Only thing is the words went by a little fast and I missed a few things. Other than that though it was awesome, especially for your first one!

Wow! Thanks guys!

I probably would have had a lot less tweening if there wasn't a deadline I had to finish on. Tweening is the lazy and/or pressured animators friend

As for the words going by too fast, sorry about that. I thought I had made it slow enough, but I guess not... It's due tomorrow morning, so I don't want to spend another hour or so slowing it down more (it's already 10PM here)
