I lost the 3.3v

The max IC next to the 3.3v caps is the source for the 3.3 line. If it is missing that IC is probably damaged (assuming the other lines are ok and present)

Measuring your board in diode mode and comparing to the boardview can also help narrow down the issue (when measuring in diode mode the red lead is on ground, black lead on the point your measuring)
