If you have B9S+Luma you don't need to use a secondary entrypoint to access the Homebrew Launcher.

You don't - userland homebrew endpoints like that only work when you don't have CFW.

Rename the 3dsx file to boot.3dsx and replace your current boot.3dsx with it.
