Hacking i have a cia

i was looking through my sd card and on the root was a folder that looked like a normal app folder but a cia instead of a cmd, and i didnt download it. The file could not be opened in 3dsexplorer, anyone with a dev unit want to test.

if it's on the sd it's probably encrypted with the sd-card key...see if you can see plain text in it...

sorry the cia, app, and the tmd are encrypted with no plain text, my only idea for it is to give it to someone with a dev unit

And now serious: I googled it and apparently this format is used for installation files of 3DS-applications from your SD-card, but only 3DS Development Systems can use these.
