Are you talking about the rar files they come in? You have to download all of the parts and then when it's done, look for the .rar(not the .r##) and extract that one. WinRAR or other archive tools will detect if there are multiple parts usually and merge them while extracting the rar file.

If it's like _____.part1.rar and ______.part2.rar or something similar, just put it in the same directory and open one of them.

Download all the parts to the same directory, double click any one of them and extract the file
