ROM Hack I can't use any pokemon hacking tools

everytime I try to run one it comes up with "component "COMDLG32.OCX" is not correctly registered: file is missing or invalid".

It happens with almost every pokemon hacking tool I find.

HELP?

I JUST HAD THIS PROBLEM 2 HOURS AGO

JUST EXSRACT THE FILE

THEN RIGHT CLICK THE APLICATION

GO TO PROPERTIES AND RUN THE APLICATION AS AND ADMINISTRATOR
