Hacking I can't update my 3ds

Hi I have a New 3ds XL wich I have hacked with the guide on 3ds Hacks Guide site.
This console is under Ver. 11.8.0-41 E and when I try to download the update via the system settings I get this error :

PS: I'm under Lumav10.0.1
I don't know what to do, is it a bad issue and can i solve it?
