Hacking I cant play WinRAR files...

I cant only play WinZip files, so anyone got a solution to my problem?
Im using a Superkey and a Supercard Lite.

lol you have to extract the files on your pc first.
you cant "play" rar or zip files on your ds.

you also need to patch those .nds files that are inside the .rar file

well yea i know that, but when i go to patch the rar file in the supercard program, it doesnt work.

Ah, wait - he's added that he's got a supercard and you can add files to the patching program as a zip and it'll unzip them and patch them.

The solution is to unrar them before patching. Or unrar them and zip them.

emm dude have you actually extracted them? thats kinda important.

I personally don't like win RAR u might wanna try this>>> 7-Zip

Everyone should be using the 7z format it's better than RAR or zip.

This is another nice decompression tool does RAR among others>>>Extractnow

EDIT:
If you install 7-Zip just right click on the file and select extract here
For extractnow double click and hit the extract button
Then you should have the file thats within the archive ready for whatever patching you need to do

well when i try to unrar them, it asks for a password that i dont have.

That I can't help you with. U might wanna try the name of the site you downloaded it from e.g. say you got it from www.gbatemp.net then try gbatemp.net as the pass. The password will have been posted somewhere u just gotta find it

oh well. most of my games i downloaded are WinZip files anyways.

Alright!!! it worked. i got the password which was the website and i was able to extract the files.
