hi, (I apologize for my bad English) I have a 3ds xl 11.9 that had cfw a long time ago, and I must admit that I made a lot of trouble with this 3ds, I made it cfw at least 2 times and I formatted it so many times, this time I want to redo the cfw but I know that we need a dsware game, the problem is that after the last formatting following the cfw I can no longer open the ds games, when I open one the screen remains black and you hear the sound of the home of 3ds.

I also had this problem and what i did then was installing a cia file but that file outdated now but you can try this out i think its gonna work https://github.com/MechanicalDragon0687/TWLFix-CFW/releases/tag/1.1 just follow those instructions
