every time i try to dowgrade it sats failed to get cia file info i tried with 3 systems every time same any suggestion please

Make sure that you have the downgrade files in the right place on your SD card. Or try a different SD card if they are.

I would give PlaiSysUpdater or SafeSysUpdater a shot. They use a more stable exploit to initiate the downgrade.

As mentioned above, use PlaiSysUpdater. It'll most likely error out at the end of the process, but this is ok. You just run it again and it should finish the process with no problems.

Stuck on the 3ds booting screen? Go into the Eshop and go to its page. Hopefully that should fix it.

You need an emuNAND.
Basically, this allows you to stay on 9.2 while being on the latest firmware at the same time.
With an emuNAND, you can run 9.6+-encrypted games (like that), use the eShop and Miiverse, all while enjoying kernel access.
I recommend rxTools or ReiNAND.
