Hi, I was trying to update ams and the firmware, I tried to enter the sd to the switch and I get
"failed to init or mount sd".
I try to put the sd to the pc and it asks me to format, what can I do?

When put into an SD the card is requiring a format? I'd verify that it's not just referring to a specific partition on the card. If not even the main partition is mounting then the card is likely corrupted or dead.

that's right, it literally doesn't ask me to format it completely, I'm looking for programs to recover the files but none of them work, so I'm fked? I'm going to lose all my progress of my games?

Emunand saves yes, but sysnand saves are stored on the system nand, not SD.

In Windows. If you open Disk Manager, what does it say about the SD in there?

and files system is raw
