Misc i bricked my switch (error 2162-0002)

i get this error about 10 seconds after boot up on both stock and cfw both sys and emu, i formatted the sd and reinstalled atmosphere and hekate but no go.
this happened after i went from 19.0 to 18.0
it's not theme related..
i don't have a nand backup, any ideas?

Delete your atmosphere folder and copy a fresh one over again. Next time don't forget to remove your custom theme.

Something similar happened to me on exact same firmware with exact same symptoms. 10 sec after boot this thing pops up. Were you using web browser by any chance before that happened?
Try switching off wi-fi/entering airplane mode very quickly in this 10 sec after boot and see wether error appears. If it doesn't appear with wi-fi off - it's something browser related.
In my case the problem disappeared after switching wi-fi, waiting a little, the switching it on again and opening browser again. Smooth sailing ever since. Don't know what could have caused that, tbh.

P.S. I'm using BrowseNX from Homebrew App Store for web surfing.
