My rom loaded but it's not playing were do I put my bios?
What type of games are you trying to play?

Ah, fuu. Today's not one of those days I feel like typing this...
  1. Copy everything off your SD card on a computer.
  2. Reformat the SD card in FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size with Windows File Explorer. If it's bigger than 32 GB, use guiformat.
  3. Full Write + Verify the empty card with H2testw. Do not skip this step.
  4. If the card passes, delete the *.h2w test files.
    • If an error was reported, replace the hardware failed card. Go back to step 1 or 2.
  5. Build a temporary CFW test setup using the starter kit found here.
    • Do not add back your main setup for the time being.
  6. Download the latest stable retroarch release build at:
  7. Depending which type you use, place these on the SD card:
    • 3DSX version:
      • sdmc:/3ds/RetroArch/RetroArch.3dsx
      • sdmc:/3ds/RetroArch/RetroArch.smdh
      • sdmc:/retroarch (entire folder)
    • CIA version:
      • sdmc:/cias/retroarch_3ds.cia
      • sdmc:/retroarch (entire folder)
  8. Add several games you wish to try out in retroarch by placing them in their respective subfolders found in:
    • sdmc:/roms/...
  9. Insert the SD card into 3DS/2DS, turn the system on, and hold (SELECT) to access Luma3DS v9.1 configuration.
    • Use only this setting: (x) Show NAND or user string in System Settings
  10. Dump the dspfirm.cdc audio file with DSP1.
  11. (Conditional) If you're using the CIA version of RetroArch, install the retroarch_3ds.cia with FBI.
  12. Launch RetroArch and try playing several games of interests, assuming these don't require BIOS.

It works before you wrote that ( sorry bud ) anyway I’m playing Digimon World 2003 and I don’t know if it works with build stable 1.7.5 but it shows the first bit it always shows and stops the application doesn’t crash it’s just the game it worked before so if anyone knows how to fix this then that would be nice. My main problem is gone now I just want to play this specific game

You need BIOS for the PCSX ReARMed core:
sdmc:/retroarch/cores/system/
scph5500.bin
scph5501.bin
scph5502.bin
PS1 emulation on the 3DS is hit or miss. Anyway, I'll leave the rest up to you to figure out if nothing else is wrong with your setup.

I still recommend you scan the emptied out SD card with H2testw if this has never been done before as precautionary safety for your data. People often times do not place enough importance in making sure their cards are 100% proven legit and are argumentative about checking. Why anyone wants to gamble their precious saves and memories has only themselves to blame when their files end up corrupt or missing.
