Is the source code for HzMod available somewhere? I only found what is apparently a very outdated version (github: Bas25/HorizonMod), where the network protocol doesn't quite match what the current version sends.

I don't remember why I pulled it off of Github. Currently it's not open-source, but the network proto has stayed mostly the same. Existing things weren't modified apart from timing differences.

I install the cias and I use Snickerstream

I get 6 / 7 fps and image have god quality but sound in my o3ds sound like distorn

That sounds like you need a frame limiter. HzMod is using too much CPU compared to what the game is using, so it can't keep up, and the game's sound engine also starts to lag, causing the stutter.

I test on home menu and sound work bad its normal this? thx in advance

Home Menu is extremely slow. In fact, you need to disconnect from HzMod, otherwise you can't open any game.

Also, if sound is bad everywhere then you probably have bad settings. Try enabling HzMod's frame limiter, I think there is an option for that.

HzMod doesn't use BootNTR, you need to use HzLoad.

Yeah, HzMod.cia, HzLoad.cia, and for games like Smash and Mario Maker you need HzLoad_HIMEM, but only on old3DS.

The quick blink is normal, it's there so you know HzMod hasn't crashed..

You don't need to install AutoIT, Snickerstream should work out of the box.

Newer versions only support the top screen. The support for the bottom screen was removed because the old3DS can't handle it. HzMod was designed for old3DS, so it makes sense.

Ahh I see So the only HzMod is for new3ds too or is there other than HzMod to get better framerate on new 3ds?? also the picture is little blurry

There was a new3DS-only build somewhere, but I don't think the link is valid anymore.

There is a new3DS-only build which can run at almost 60FPS, but is monochrome.

Sadly the picture quality is lowered by the image compression, I can't really do anything about it.

Sorry for double-posting; I'd like to ask a question and people be able to note I asked it.

Does this work with WLAN only or WLAN + Internet? I'd like this program to not waste my mobile data, since I will use my cellphone as a hotspot.

As long as the 3DS connects to the hotspot, it should work. I did use a hotspot a year or so ago, and it did work.

As for streaming via the internet, I'm pretty sure that's possible as long as you do portforwarding.
