if the question has already been asked 200 times, why not just not bother asking it again? save all the drama
I won't explain all of this intricate stuff to you, go browse gbatemp for yourself to find WHY EXACTLY devs are not releasing "tht xplit or these xplits" Goddamn.if there 2 kernel exploit why not release one and end the drama
Indeed; while I do want to be helpful on this forum, I will have to start avoiding it more if people keep misconstruing my words.
I think some nice words never hurt anyone! And so the tagging begins "cough"
And so the tagging begins "cough"@Marionumber1 man whether you release the kernel or not you have earned my trust and I think almost anyone's. You have been giving everyone feedback and you do your best for everyone even if this community is bad sometimes. I trust your judgement so do what you please and what you think for the kernel! I will support your work as much as I can.
if there 2 kernel exploit why not release one and end the drama
Although I should probably let him speak for himself before I piss him off again :/There aren't that many PPC kernel exploits left, and it is valuable to keep as many stockpiled as possible, especially when IOSU does everything a kernel exploit does plus more..
hey you pulled up a actual quote, i think he would be happy to not have to repeat himselfAlthough I should probably let him speak for himself before I piss him off again :/
The ass-kissing is likely just as unsettling as impatient children "harassing" him would be.just curious, do you actually get as bombarded with "hey can i have beta pl0x" and "why you no relese rums loadingz" as what i would imagine (ps i imagine at least 20 inboxes a day for good devs like yourself)
And what if you could make perfect copies of the bread? You STILL wouldnt share one, keeping the other? If you had two pieces of bread and I didn't have any, you wouldn't share?
yup I did after hishey you pulled up a actual quote, i think he would be happy to not have to repeat himself![]()
statement as well to show how I misinterpreted what he saidPlease don't put words into my mouth. I didn't say that.
if you dont want any drama , dont create threads, dont mention release dates, don't tweet and/or hype your shit.
ofcourse people are going to feel a certain way.
and all the finger pointing people talking about about respect, love, peace etc etc, you're all just slightly less annoying than the people who constantly keep asking for exploit.
Those two slices still took him months to create, he has no reason to burn either of he doesn't want to.And what if you could make perfect copies of the bread? You STILL wouldnt share one, keeping the other?
Yeah the analogy works better for piracy more so than exploits. Since the pieces of bread aren't exact copies nor easily replicated from my understanding. Those two slices still took him months to create, he has no reason to burn either of he doesn't want to.
I know a lot of ppl are in this for piracy but I don't think it's 99% ... maybe I'm wrong but I know a lot ppl here who are into console hacking for homebrews, region free ect. I own more than 40 Wii U games and I wouldn't even know what game to pirate if I could. I'm really interested in homebrews (specially with the gamepad) and region free and I'm really grateful towards the Devs!! They are the core of this amazing scene and I believe that Smea was right during his speach at ccc when he said that it's worth it and ppl are still really interested in it.Code:<hykem> it seems gbatemp only consists whining babys. I told them specifically that I would release the hax BEFORE feb. that's still 14 days to go. <neimod> well, that's the temp for you <neimod> three important rules for this shitpile of a forum: <neimod> never argue with the people there <neimod> never announce a project there <neimod> never release anything there <neimod> you've broken rule 1 and 2. don't make another mistake and break rule 3. <hykem> You know, you're right. I have two weeks left of vacation, I have a lot of other stuff to do. I really don't want to waste my free time with working for people, who don't appreciate what I'm doing.
GREAT SUCCESS !!!
Believe me, this is good news for the WiiU and Nintendo. Let's be honest, 99% of you are interested in this exploit because of piracy and not because of homebrew. The great era of homebrew is just over. There are a lot of great devices, which don't need to be hacked to run your own software. For those who just bought a WiiU because of hykem's announcement and piracy: Buy games! After more than three years the WiiU has a nice library of good games that are worth purchasing. Devs worked hard on those games to give you the best experience possible. It would be an insult to pirate those games. Most of you will be raging because of this post, but I'm prepared for that (already made some popcorn). Maybe at some point in your life you will understand that this is for the greater good.
