There aren't that many PPC kernel exploits left, and it is valuable to keep as many stockpiled as possible, especially when IOSU does everything a kernel exploit does plus more..

Indeed. I don't see how anyone can be surprised at this reaction to a two week information blackout. Thanks for putting forth the effort to work on this for everyone, but if you thought there wouldn't be people getting nervous or antsy by now.... you don't really know people well.

Yeah the analogy works better for piracy more so than exploits. Since the pieces of bread aren't exact copies nor easily replicated from my understanding.

I however could be wrong and am not insinuating that I know anything that anyone else thinks or knows.

Believe me, this is good news for the WiiU and Nintendo. Let's be honest, 99% of you are interested in this exploit because of piracy and not because of homebrew. The great era of homebrew is just over. There are a lot of great devices, which don't need to be hacked to run your own software. For those who just bought a WiiU because of hykem's announcement and piracy: Buy games! After more than three years the WiiU has a nice library of good games that are worth purchasing. Devs worked hard on those games to give you the best experience possible. It would be an insult to pirate those games. Most of you will be raging because of this post, but I'm prepared for that (already made some popcorn). Maybe at some point in your life you will understand that this is for the greater good.

I know a lot of ppl are in this for piracy but I don't think it's 99% ... maybe I'm wrong but I know a lot ppl here who are into console hacking for homebrews, region free ect. I own more than 40 Wii U games and I wouldn't even know what game to pirate if I could. I'm really interested in homebrews (specially with the gamepad) and region free and I'm really grateful towards the Devs!! They are the core of this amazing scene and I believe that Smea was right during his speach at ccc when he said that it's worth it and ppl are still really interested in it.
