Has anyone tested an HWFLY Lite on OLED before installing in case? I have a professional installer doing all the micro-soldering for me. All the connections look good, however I only sent the motherboard and chip (plus chip accessories), no case or screen or battery. When they plug in a USB-C charging cable the LED on the chip flashes blue/purple, then red then off. My theory is that since the switch isn’t powering on or “booting”, just charging (or attempting to) the chip tries to start, but can’t then turns off. All the videos I see show them testing for the green led light AFTER installing in the case and attaching the battery. Can anyone confirm firsthand if they tested an HWFLY outside of the case and got a green light? Also the installer confirmed all the diode readings with a multimeter and everything looks good. Please see pics attached. Thanks!

So I received the board back and tested the connections. All connections including DAT0 (~750-850) seem to be within correct ranges. However I am getting no reading (1 on my multimeter) for the RST connection. The thing that worries me is I don’t get a reading from the motherboard even after removing the chip connection. Anyone have any ideas on what the problem with the RST point could be?

The RST line is as expected. If the chip starts flashing when you turn it on then this is fine. Where did you get the flex adapter? It's not one I've seen paired with the hwfly lite before.
