last time I donated $5 for the first indie pack and got scammed, never got a download link or email, my card was charged and all emails I sent complaining were ignored
ended up pirating it because of that

I kinda reluctant to even bother with this because of what happened last time

Seriously...so you're part of that group that pirated games for charity. But I guess you since you already "paid" for the games then it doesn't really matter. But maybe you just weren't talking to the right people.

I got the second Humble Indie Bundle.
It's a great collection of indie games. It was quite a bargain. I just wish that I had participated in the first Humble Indie Bundle so I could have World of Goo, too. Perhaps, someone could gift it to me

What? Last time they made over a million in total, with ~$400,000 of that going to charities. I'm not sure where your numbers are coming from, but they're wrong.
