Gaming How well does the o3DS web browser support HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript?

The only thing I really know about the o3DS' web browser is that I'm going to have to use the -webkit- prefix with certain CSS declarations that require vendor-specific prefixes.
Other than that, I don't know what HTML5 commands, CSS3 declarations and JavaScript commands it supports.

So, looking at the Wikipedia page for the 3DS internet browser, it says it only has partial support for HTML5, CSS3 and ECMAScript, which... Isn't too helpful. 3DBrew doesn't seem to have the information I'm looking for, either.
