Dude your brother is a true jerk, you could also set a trap for him, get a camera, and be prepared so next time he does something like that you can have true evidence, that way your mom can't say you're lying, i also agree, mark your stuff with some invisible ink or something, so next time he has your stuff, you can prove it's actually yours...

What you have to do is make him fear you. Easier said then done, I agree, but just try some scare tactics.

For example: I bet he's at school longer than you, put that in his mind along with the mention of one of his favorite things. He'll react.

Or you could punch him in the mouth.



BTW...

Assuming your old enough to be banned from an Xbox for lying, you didn't buy the Xbox yourself and didn't have to nor did he.

Tell your mother about how he treats his Xbox and she'll do something. That kind of money doesn't go far nowadays.

If you can get to his computer, change the double click speed on the mouse in the control panel to the fastest speed. That normally drives people up the wall.

A better idea is to build a 2.4GHz jammer. They will block WiFi and the XBOX's joypads. There are plenty of guides on how to build one from an old cordless telephone.
