Hopefully when the Switch becomes "homebrew enabled" someone writes a homebrew app to make this process easier.

I see lots and lots of awesome posts on Splatoon 2, but tracing them back to the tablet takes far too much time and work and i am lazy as fuck. :ninja:

mh is there a way to invert the Pic at the end?
i have test it with White Background and Black Painting so he makes the Background Black.
Then i have inverted the Raw png and convertet it to the data so that the Background was Black and the Painting White but he still make the Background Black and the Painting White.

I would say the correct way is to alter the code or the python script to get the correspondent char array.

But the easiest way is to select the layer in GIMP, then select "Color > Invert/Invert Value". This will get you an invert color image tho result in correct color.

Yeah i have made that. The background changed from White to Black and the Text+ Style from Black to White but he still made it in the not Inverted Style.

i have Painted now the Splatoon Post Black and made the Pencil to the Cleaner xD

i've followed the steps, but, whenever i get to compiling, it seems to go fine until i hit an error, and i'm not really sure what to do, i also don't see a .hex file anywhere in where im compiling, so im assuming it didnt work out properly, do you have any idea of what i'm doing wrong?

Try the other repo; if that doesn't work, something may not be installed properly

i was originally using the 2nd repo posted (the one for the atmega32u4) but when i use the original one (shinyquagsire's) i get a completely different error, any idea of what im doing wrong? i might just go with a reinstall of everything if that might be the issue

A reinstall might work. Before that, try a reboot; sometimes it can make all the difference.
i haven't reinstalled anything yet, however, i did notice, that while i did get that error, I did notice a joystick.hex in the folder where i compiled the shinyquagsire build, does that mean everything worked out? I don't have my stuff on me to test, but that is the file I need, I think

edit: never mind actually, replacing a .dll in the winavr/utils/bin directory fixed said issue with both builds, not sure why or what happened there, but everything works now, so i wont question it

Oh weird, which DLL did you replace with what?

This is pretty cool, but man is it slow. I wonder if there isn't a way to make it run faster.
I know haha. Still a lot faster than drawing by hand tho. Unfortunately I don't think it can go any faster, as it just emulates a controller pressing the buttons for you, which is limited to a certain speed in-game anyway.
