Hello I have a Japanese game monster hunter stories but how do I update the game to ver 1.3.0?

Find the update as a CIA and install it with FBI.

If your system and the game doesn't match in the same region, then you have to find the update cia as pointed above.

There's a mega folder for Japanese games updates on that iso site. You can search there or find the game update by itself on same site.
