Hacking How to update a usbdevboard bought from shoptemp?

Hello, i have bought a USB Programmable Debug Board from shoptemp when it was still alive. Now i have the updater and everything but when i plug it in it comes up as unknown device. in the updater screen it says unable to find device. i think theres a way to put it in dfu mode usally theres a button but there isnt how do i do this?

i have the same thing. according to the included info in the zipfile, if you did not receive a jumper with it you have a sample unit. to update you would need to open the stick and bridge some connections on the board which you need that jumper for. i have mailed a complaint to shoptemp but did not reveive an answer yet.

need to open it and use the jumper to link 2 pin, or use some elettric cable and join them

Okay i figured it out haha

practically all you need to do is make these two prongs connect to each other. To do that you need to have some sort of electrical conducting material i just used some soldering wire i had sitting around and tied it around the two prongs
