Haku33 haven't been proven as an effective method. Only restoring a nand baxkup made from prior to launch cfw is considered a clean NAND.

what if i even dont know already back up sysnand or not? . what must i do if i dont have it?

You can try Haku but there is no guarantee you won't get ban. Ideally if you have no clean NAND keep that unit offline I guess.

aww i see . how about data game saved? . if i have another switch, can i just transfer my ID switch with all saved game data from switch CFW to brand new switch OFW without corrupt my new switch?

Save data via Account transfer required clean nand also.

What is more important to you, save data that you can just recover in time or online support which costs an entire console?
