How to send 3DS microphone data to PC?

I wanted to use the 3ds microphone to the pc just for a joke and i can't seem to find anything on this, I've only found stuff about recording the game audio to the PC

In case you never found out or anyone else finds this post, this 14 year old video explains how you can do it using Jam Sessions (for the DS, so you would have to emulate it with TW menu or something (but I can confirm it works that way)).

I remember a few years ago someone actually made a homebrew that did exactly this for the Nintendo DS, it should probably work on the DSi/3DS as well.

The problem is that I don't remember what the homebrew was called, I just know it exists.

Definitely drop it if you ever remember o7. I was trying to make my own homebrew for the 3ds before I found that video and just gave up because I'm a huge noob at C and couldn't manage the audio buffers correctly.
