Just found the SKILL EXP, it is an U16 Integer from 0 to 15 or 20 or 25 or 30 or 35, different skills have different MAX EXP
And the skill exp gains only after battle, so it is very difficult that I cannot search with CHEAT VM,
just got that by tracing software breakpoint on the display number function
