ROM Hack How to read savegames 3ds on PC windows?

Hi guys,

Over the past few years i've been playing with the 3ds and backupped my sd card reguraly.
Problem now is, that i have so many backups and when searching for a specific save file i cant find it.

What program can i use to read my save files on my pc?

You can't due to encryption

Damn. Is there no other way?

Nope. The only way to decrypt it is to use a 3DS(The one that contain the keys to decrypt the saves) and any save managers to dump the raw save
