Sadly, we also have to fix checksums for every edition we make. I have my save of AC corrupted :/ and I don't know how to fix it. My mistake for doing this carefree and not doing a backup.

It worked well. I'd like to add more to the earlier script supermalloch made.
First make sure you create two folders, exefs and extracted, in your folder with the ctr tools. Then rename SaveDataFiler.rsf to RSF.rsf. During conversion, a notepad will be opened. Change the unique ID to be different for each app, and whatever else necessary(you may need to find a RSF on the forum, some have been pasted) then save and close, and the batch will finish up and create the .cia.
Code:
cd /d "%~dp0"
ctrtool --exefs=extracted\exefs.bin %1
ctrtool --romfs=extracted\romfs.bin %1
ctrtool --exheader=extracted\exheader.bin %1
ctrtool --rfs=extracted\RSF.rsf
ctrtool -t exefs --exefsdir=exefs --decompresscode extracted\exefs.bin
notepad "rsf.rsf"
makerom -f cia -rsf RSF.rsf -target t -o "%~dp1%~n1.cia" -icon exefs\icon.bin -banner exefs\banner.bin -code exefs\code.bin -exheader extracted\exheader.bin
cd exefs
del *.bin
cd ..
cd extracted
del *.bin
pause
If you use this script inside the .bat file, you can drag-n-drop any .csu onto it and it will produce a .cia with the same name in the same folder as the file you are converting, right by its side. The script and file can also be in different directories. IN FACT, you can just rightclick .csu files -> open with, and assign them to always open with the .bat, if you do that everytime you wanna convert a .csu to .cia ALL you have to do is doubleclick that .csu in windows!
Ok well i'l look into it today. When I posted that script last night it was like 4 am Also glad to hear that no one has had problems with the script so far! Stay tuned for a v2.. I need to go buy some food first.
It replaces it entirely. In fact, you can just make a separate .bat file with that script. But don't bother with it for the moment. The goal of this was to create one standardized script for converting all .csu files. But it appears that we need more, perhaps a different .rsf or another pack tool?
I believe the missing banner would be a sign that the repacked app is corrupt or missing something. It's weird because it works just fine with savedatafiler... I'm still looking around for what is missing. And unless I'm beat to it, I'll correct the script and/or update the files/steps needed for conversion.

That would be great. We appear to be missing something for converting other files.
I took a peek at the 3DS to CIA conversion thread and there's RSFs flying left and right. Looking more and more like RSFs are the key as they seem to be very specific.
Since the current methods of cia generation involve editing the rsf files for each game with rom info gathered from tools like 3DSExplorer and rom_tool, could that be the key to automated rsf generation? As in, have a tool that pulls the necessary info from the rom and feeds that into the fields of an otherwise-generic rsf file?
Peculiar. With the Super Training, EV Training has never been easier. It really takes very little time to get the perfect EVs you want for your Pokémon.

Let me see if I got this straight. You didn't mind breeding 10 boxes of usable Pokemon, but EV training them is too much work for you, even with super training? So much that you would hack their EVs and risk having those legitimately bred mons flagged as hacks?

Breeding is easier than leveling up and training. I have my perfect ditto sets from last gen and sometimes I can breed 2-3 pokes of what I need in an hour. Sometimes even more. Do remember EV training doesn't include just eV training but also levelling up. Andddd I find supertraining just gimmicky and annoying as fuck.
I have been used to breeding without RNG abuse and the long way for years. But EV training and leveling up always feels like a drag.
