Hacking How to put Savedatafiler on homescreen?

Hint: Fantasy Life stores the save on your SD Card and leaves the .sav alone (check it, its all hex A0)

I finally managed it!

Finally I can save time and quick edit(ev train) all my legitimately bred pokemon!!

Yep! I now have a Blaziken that knows all thunder moves.

Poor kid's gonna use their water pokemang.

That seems kind of useless considering Blaziken has quite a few other weaknesses (including ground, where thunder doesn't do jack shit) and you don't get STAB. You'd probably be better off doing stupid shit like Shedinja with Sturdy or Slaking with Huge Power.

That was from my own dump of pokemon X. I chose the Pokemon X game on gateway rom selector, launced savedatafiler, exported the save of Pokemon X and edited it on pkhex.

Do you mean rom type 2 only?

Btw you seem to know these stuff quite well.. I have got a question.
Can I store pokemons to pokebank from a backup?

That way I can transfer HUGE number of pokemon between my legit cart and backup easily.

oh ok so you got it to work with your gateway card 2 game, nice. a shame it will not work with my retail cart played on an updated 3ds though.
i hope when gateway releases their update with those save features they mentioned, we can do this

and yes, i think pokebank does work with gateway
but, it doesn't hurt to try

Yes, that would work.

Also, Pokebank does in fact work with Gateway.

You mean playing the Pokemon retail cartridge in classic mode right? You should be able to play the retail game in classic mode and then dump it with Gateway

but my initial question was whether I can dump/restore retail saves if played on the gateway classic mode to begin with.
