SXOS emunand will NOT prevent a ban, this has been discussed over and over again, just because no one has reported a ban does not mean it will not happen. I had my switched hacked for almost 4 months before being banned and I kept an active wifi connection the entire time. The point is there is no rhyme or reason as to when Nintendo decides to ban someone.
Emunand splits your piracy-legit partitions
If you used emunand you wouldn't have got banned because emunand partition has stealth mode so Nintendo would never know about your piracy

Nope. Their CFW has 90DNS. So it does not care if it is running on Emu or SysNAND. That's why both "safe"/dangerous.

Their stealth mode is 90DNS.
If you disable stealth mode, you can play online. Otherwise you can't, right?
Stealth mode is not based on dns, no.
It's hardcoded on the cfw.
Kinda like blocking sites using the hosts site on windows.

LOL. Now I know you have no idea how it works...
You forgot to show me proof that stealth mode is dns based? Why is that?
Link me a post or something of TX saying it's dns based because that's literally not how any of this works.

You know that you can implement DNS not just by going to settings right?

50/50 chance from what I have read. I'm still waiting for the ban hammer and have taken advantage of most of not all things that would raise a red flag. Create a second profile for homebrew and backups /etc. Play everything else with a linked account on ofw. This doesn't work for everyone tho. Some people have been banned from simply launching the homebrew menu so idunno. .the safest way would be not to run anything except official Nintendo stuff:teach:.

Another thing I do, even tho i don't think it really matters but, I use airplane mode a lot.

You can do that but at the cost of having to waste time installing it instead of comfy drag and dropping
I don't mind waiting max 20 minutes, cause I have to download it anyways. This is pretty vague argument.
And its much smaller after all.
