Hacking how to pack a wad

Ok i have the following

it is a unpacked SystemMenu-v290.wad i have replaced 00000001.app with a custom 00000045.app (renamed it), but how can i pack it back up to a wad.

Copy all the FILES (not folders) that are in the unpacked WAD folder (app, cert, tik, TMD, trailer) and paste them into the main folder and run Wad Packer

DO NOT DO THAT! That could brick you :[ Just rename it back to 00000045.app and use SoftMii Tweaks to install it...
