Hacking How to move the contacts?

I've been having occasional freezes in the middle of playing games. I tried using the paper trick, formatted the microsd card with the panasonic formatter, and the problem still persists. The only thing that comes into my mind is that the contacts on the Acekard are a bit to the right. Is there a guide, or can anyone tell me how I can fix this alignment?

Currently using Acekard 2i, 1.8.6a, HW 81 on a DS Lite.
