Gaming How to make "clean" roms?

Lately ive been getting an error saying something like roms are not clean, and wont work. How do i make my own clean roms to avoid this error?

I could be that yoru stuff is being checked against a list of roms and new roms are not being detected properly.
A few release groups have made some errors when dumping roms as well.

Simply put a clean rom is the rom image being the same as the cart it came off of, you can read more about it and gain some links for tools/sites for fixing them:
