How to make a SD Card ISO backup?

I have a 1TB SD card and it has take a while to get it the way I want it... being that I am using the EMUMMC Partition and not a file based one. How do I make an ISO backup of my SD card so I can just write an identical copy of my card with partitions and all back to another card if needed.

I know I will need to backup saves. However, for now... I just want a file set backup of everything as it stands.

Technically you don't use ISOs when it comes to sd cards but just copy everything to your computer or external hard drive on your computer, done.

I'm using a EMUMMC partition, not a file... so how would I go about backing that up? I'll watch the video posted but this is why I ask.
