Hacking How to install starfall?

Hello, I've upgraded my wii from 3.1e to 3.2e using the method I've found here.
I report it here, anyway:

1) Grab a hold of the recovery disc by bushing. Make sure you get the right one for your region !! There's a link on hackmii.com
2) Grab a hold of wiiscrubber
3) Use wiscrubber to extract the ios30.wad and systemmenu.wad from the recovery disc and put them in the WAD folder on the root of a sd card
4) Start up WadManager
5) Install ios30.wad with WadManager
6) Install systemmenu.wad with WadManager
7) Exit WadManager
8) Check your version in the system setting menu.
9) Conclude you are on 3.2e
10) Congratulate yourself and grab a beer

Now in the system settings I actually see that my system is 3.2e. I've done this just to install Starfall, but unfortunately I can't manage to do it!
I run the boot.dol file from the homebrew channel, I read the disclaimer and then I press b+1 but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Press them at the same time. Starfall won't even run if you don't have 3.2.

Press B+1 twice and at the same time

i found it wouldnt work first time , the second time i threw a 1 in the combo and it came on. i still have to throw a one in lol
