Man, then I need a bigger and card. Is there a chance that I can use a packed version of a CIA like in the wiis homebrew?

The Happy Home bundle comes with a download code, not a pre-installed game.

You HAVE to use an official, clean, "legit" CIA from the list provided in the OP. Anything unsigned by Nintendo WILL NOT WORK.

Could it be possible, with my title.db or whatever, this person could make an installable CIA for me using FunkyCIA ?

It doesn't exist. Legit CIA comes from preinstalled games - there was no special edition 3DS that came with Ultimate NES Remix preinstalled.
