To your question (and next time, please ask in the WiiFlow-Thread): No, no way (right now). You can either ask if they implement it, use another loader to dump your games (recommended would be CFG), or remove the Update-Partition via an Command with Wiimms ISO Tools (should be possible, but probably only for advanced Commandline-Users).
I would just use another loader. Why so complicated, if there's an easy solution? You dump your games once, and it isn't the case (probably) that you'll dump much games every month...
