Hacking How to Install Custom Fireware on PS3 3.55

Hello,

I recently modded a Wii to backup/play Wii games.
. The technique was very simple. And I wish to ´hack´ a PS3 next to play backed up games.

I know we can buy PS3 FW 3.50 on Amazon for a cheap coin. I intend to do so. However I need a guide displaying how to ´hack´PS3 with correct firmware.

Someone with knowledge please speak up and explain. Afterwards I gonna do this into a readable guide for anyone to understand the process.

Well, if you can find a PS3 with firmware less than 3.55.

Install Rebug 3.55 CEX first. Then install either Rebug 4.46 CEX, Roger 4.50, or Cobra7/Rogero 4.46.

Install CFW is straightforward, like how you would install regular firmware on USB. Make sure no disc inside PS3 while installing CFW.

Whenever an application has CEX and DEX, stick with CEX.
