Hacking How to install all PKG's at once?

...so I just replaced hdd and have about 200 pkgs to install.
How to automatically install all PKG package files, stored in internal hdd /packages directory?

I checked Multiman and it doesn't seem to work - maybe it doesn't work on newer firmwares?
Also I tried pressing triangle button in xmb install packages menu and nothing shows up (not even on standard - usb location).

qa flag your console and unlock the qa menu either via combo or via rebug toolbox
there should be an option to install all pkgs
