How to hack the pedometer value ?

    It's in the same file as play coins... but the PTM driver will update it with the real steps the next one you take!

    I thought that the step counter is just used for getting coins, so why not just use playcoinsetter.cia to get more coins?

    I was going to teach them how to hack it but I realised it would involve some Rocky style training sequences and that would make it a pointless exercise.

    If it is just coins then yeah just end run it with the play coin setter of your choice. If you want to hack the pedometer then you will need to futz with the files mentioned, or for the really silly I guess you could alter the PTM service ( http://3dbrew.org/wiki/PTM ) but let us not go there.
