Hey, my 3ds can't access homebrew yet (needs hardmod)
But is there still a way to hack the money on pokemon X?

Can't access homebrew, can't access cheats. Unless you have powersaves.

Wouldn't the original 3ds and 3ds XL still work with QR Injects as long as they have not upgraded their firmware passed v9.2 or something? I know the NEW 3DS and NEW 3DS XL both have it where they are patched already so QR Injected Codes won't work right?

They stated that they need a hardmod because they have no homebrew, suggesting that they are on 10.6. On 10.5 or below you wouldn't need one.
